Guardian Angel Program

The Guardian Angel Program was created to help promote and stimulate adoption of our Karma Rescue available dogs. This program is for those volunteers who want to spend more time with the dogs outside of regular adoptions as well as learn more about the rescue process.

The Guardian Angel chooses or is assigned one of our adoptable dogs. Whether it is taking the dog out for exercise during the week, stimulating activity or spending some quality time with your specific dog, this provides the companionship our dogs need. It also enables the Guardian Angel to observe character traits which aid in the proper placement of his or her dog. Providing this behavioral information and talking to potential families at our weekly adoptions helps us to find that perfectly matched home.

The Guardian Angel can also network their dog – talk to friends, family and business associates – so that we can expedite their permanent adoption.
