  • Amanda Foundation – Operates a spaymobile. Please check their schedule or call 1-888-FIXXPET (349-7388).

  • Amazing Small Animal Practice – Vet clinic in Gardena offering lower cost spay/ neuter.

  • Animal Assistance League of Orange County - has a limited number of spay/neuter vouchers available each month to be used at certain vet offices.

  • Animal Friends of the Valleys - Based in Wildomar, they offer low cost spay/ neuter services. Appointments must be made online.

  • Animal Samaritans – offers affordable spay and neuter services to clients all over the Coachella Valley. In the event that a pet owner is unable to pay for spay and neuter services, Animal Samaritans offers financial assistance to clients who qualify.

  • ASPCA Spay/Neuter Clinic - The ASPCA offers free, high-quality spay/neuter surgeries at our clinic exclusively for South Los Angeles cats and dogs.

  • Better Together Forever - They provide spay/ neuter through three programs: Unsheltered People and Pets, Shelter Prevention (East LA), and Community Engagement.

  • California Animal Rescue & Education Sanctuary (CARES) – Based in the Antelope Valley - Free and low-cost spay/neuter. Also can help with vaccines and microchipping.

  • CAMP - Locations in LA, San Pedro, & Mission Hills offering low-cost spay/ neuter by appointment.

  • Critters Without Litters - located in Bakersfield and offers low cost spay/ neuter and vaccines.

  • Dogs on Deployment - provide financial aid to military and veteran members who are facing financial difficulty regarding their pets' care. Grants can be used for emergency treatment or care, S/N, and other purposes as approved.

  • Downtown Dog Rescue - They hold Community Dog Clinics offering FREE spay/neuter.

  • Fix Long Beach – offer low cost spay/neuter, dental, vaccines, microchipping, bloodwork and more for your cat and/or dog. You do not need to be a Long Beach resident.

  • Fix'n Fidos - Assists with spay & neuter on an individual basis and sponsor mobile spay & neuter clinics.

  • Fixnation - provides free spay and neuter services to homeless, stray, and community cats. They also offer a limited number of low-cost S/N appointments for pet cats.

  • Golden State Humane Society - low cost spay/ neuter services, based in Long Beach.

  • H.E.A.R.T. (Healthcare & Emergency Animal Rescue Team) – Based in Orange County and offers spay/neuter clinics.

  • Heaven on Earth/Perry's Place – Offers spay/ neuter at clinics as part of the community pet program.

  • Herman Bennett Foundation - offer vouchers to Ventura County residents needing financial assistance with spaying or neutering their family pet.

  • Holiday Humane Society - nonprofit and veterinary hospital based in North Hollywood offering low cost spay/ neuter, vaccines and dental surgery.

  • Humane Society of Ventura County - operates a Spay and Neuter Clinic for residents of Ventura County needing a low-cost option for their pets.

  • Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley - providing low cost spay/neuter services to pets of San Bernardino and surrounding communities

  • Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P. C.A - offers low cost spay/Neuter appointments to residents living in our service cities. (Chino, Chino Hills, Covina, Claremont, Diamond Bar, Glendora, La Verne, Montclair, Ontario, Pomona, San Dimas, La Habra, and the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County including West End, San Antonio Heights, and Mt. Baldy)

  • Kern County Animal Services - provides spay/ neuter vouchers and clinics to residents who live in the unincorporated areas of Kern County (including the unincorporated municipalities of Frazier Park, Lamont, Mojave, Oildale, and Rosamond) or in the contracted cities of Arvin and Tehachapi.

  • LA Animal Services - Free Spay & Neuter Certificates (vouchers) and discount spay & neuter coupons are available for Los Angeles City residents by filling out the form online.

  • LA County Animal Care & Control - Information and voucher application available on their website.

  • Little Angels Project - Our wellness events provide low to no-cost exams, vaccines, microchips, and low-cost S/N to low-income households across Los Angeles County.

  • Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center - offer low-cost spay and neuter services in Riverside, CA. Appointments are necessary and can only be made online.

  • Mercy Crusade Vet Clinic - non-profit low-cost vet clinic in Oxnard, Ventura County, offering low cost spay/ neuter surgeries and financial assistance.

  • Mountains’ Humane Society Pet Rescue - offer assistance to low income, veterans, disabled and seniors for spay/neuter, emergency medical and dental. We cover our mountain community only from Cedar Pines Park to Big Bear.

  • Ontario Spay and Neuter - based in Ontario in San Bernadino County, offering low cost spay/ neuter surgeries, dental surgeries, mass removals, bloodwork, vaccines, flea treatment, deworming and wellness clinics.

  • Orange County Animal Allies - financially assists low-income Orange County pet owners, such as the elderly and disabled, through their Animal Relief Fund (ARF). Their voucher program helps pet owners by offering discounts for spay/neuter surgeries.

  • Pasadena Humane - offers low cost spay/ neuter to their service cities: Altadena, Arcadia (City only), Bradbury, Glendale, La Cañada-Flintridge, La Crescenta-Montrose, Monrovia (City Only), Sierra Madre, South Pasadena, Pasadena (City & Unincorporated) and San Marino.

  • Pet Assistance Foundation - For spay/ neuter assistance call the PAF hotline. They can refer you to a Southern California veterinarian near you with reduced pricing, inform you of any special programs or incentives in your area, and, in situations of great financial need, provide a stipend.

  • Pet Help Finder - helps locate financially friendly pet resources such as veterinary care, spay/ neuter clinics, vaccines, pet supplies and pet food assistance in your local area.

  • Peter Zippi Memorial Fund - Provides pledges for LA County residents for contracted locations. See their website for more information and application form.

  • Pet Orphans of Southern California - Affordable Veterinary Clinic and non-profit offering spay/ neuter based in Van Nuys.

  • Ramona Humane Society - located in San Jacinto, CA, they offer low-cost spay, neuter, vaccinations, flea prevention, microchipping and deworming by appointment.

  • Saddleback Valley Humane Society - offers financial help for spay/ neuter surgeries for residents in Central and South Orange County.

  • Sam Simon Foundation - The Sam Simon Foundation offers free spay/neuter surgeries for pets belonging to families who earn less than $40,000 per year. Our mobile clinic travels to a series of pre-designated locations throughout Los Angeles in the hopes of making a dent in the unwanted pet population in many different communities.

  • Shelter on the Hill - A Humane Society - Based in Lebec, CA. They offer low cost spay/ neuter, vaccines and microchips to mountain residents.

  • Simi Valley Non-Profit Spay Neuter Clinic – Low cost spay/ neuter clinic.

  • Spay California - A referral database of low cost spay/neuter services for the State of California.

  • Spay4LA - Mobile clinic providing high quality spay/neuter surgeries and low cost vaccines in LA. Free S/N for low-income LA City residents.

  • Tazzy Animal Rescue Fund – they hold free spay/ neuter clinics.

  • The Cat People - based in Bakersfield. Thier low-income spay/neuter voucher program provides a partial payment toward the cost of altering the family cat. Applicants must show proof of income.
